  3, In which situation you will shut off my servers? Because we are the VPN service provider, and we always receive the abuse from others suppliers, when they receive the abuse they will shut off the servers immediately, so I want to know, how should you do when you receive the abuse?
4, What’s the location（cities） of your servers?
5，Do you provide unmanaged servers?
